By downloading or using Fliksy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Fliksy is
Fliksy is a personal journaling app for iOS. It lets you create photo cutout stickers from your camera roll or camera, place them freely on a daily canvas, attach short notes, and browse past entries. An optional Friends feature lets you share your day with people you choose.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all photos, notes, and other content you create in Fliksy. We do not claim any rights to your content. By using the Friends sharing feature, you grant anyone with your share link the ability to view that day's snapshot in read-only form.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. Do not use Fliksy to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fliksy to:
- Share content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Share content that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Share explicit, abusive, or otherwise harmful content through the Friends feature
Friends and sharing
The Friends feature is provided as a convenience for sharing personal journal snapshots with people you know and trust. Share links are private by design — only people you send the link to can view your shared day. You are responsible for who you share your links with.
We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates these terms if it is brought to our attention.
Apple platform rules
Fliksy is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA takes precedence.
Intellectual property
The Fliksy app, its design, name, and logo are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Fliksy is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss. Use the app at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled to protect your journal data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fliksy, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of journal entries.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
